Installation Notes
Installation is easy; follow the steps below.
- Attach the operator to the motor mounts (one on each side) using the bolts that come with the operator.
- Centre and make sure both mounts are the same distance apart (square to the operator’s base).
- Tighten the motor down to the mounts.
- Place the operator under the drive rack in the correct position as per the installation manual.
- Mark the hole locations on the concrete for the screw bolts.
- Drill only one hole, with the operator moved out of the way.
- Screw bolt the operator down so it’s over all the hole marks.
- Pre-drill the other 3 holes 10mm deep using the mounts as a guide.
- Remove the operator and finish drilling the new holes.
- Now, evenly bolt the operator into position and adjust as per the user manual.
